An agency will often quote tens of thousands of dollars for a first app, then charge again for changes. Quiny charges nothing yet.
Some costs don't go through Quiny. Apple charges $99 a year for the developer account. Expo, which builds the app for the App Store, is free to start and charges only if you build a lot. If your app sends texts or emails, that service bills you directly.
